Red Kimono booklets

Version 5:

Produced in 2017 in Japan by Osaka-based  Thanks & Dream:  The Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Evacuee Association , edited by Lis Fields and Yoko Chase.

In English, version 5 contains the letters, memoirs and speech by evacuees from Fukushima found here, and a 2017 speech by Mitsuko Sonoda, an evacuee from Fukushima who is now living in the UK.

Version 4:

Produced in the UK for the Red Kimono In The Window installation at Conway Hall, London, 1st March – 31st August 2016, for visitors to take away, free of charge.

The contents are the same as version 1 but the back cover of version 4 now includes information about Osaka-based organisation  Thanks and Dream, The Great East Japan Earthquake & Nuclear Disaster Evacuee Association  of which Akiko Morimatsu (pictured on the back cover) is a key member.

Version 3:

Produced in Japan to distribute to the World Nuclear Victims Forum in Hiroshima, November 21-23, 2015

Version 1 contained the English translations of the letters, memoirs and speech by evacuees from Fukushima and excerpts from the statements by ’50 complainants for the criminal prosecution of the Fukushima nuclear disaster’ in the e-book  titled: Fukushima Radiation: Will You Still Say No Crime Was Committed?.
